Members of the Sainte-Thérèse Fire Department, who have not been able to reach a collective bargaining agreement with the city for over two years now, respond to an emergency call with Pumper 251, which has been “temporarily” defiled as a means of applying pressure on city officials to resolve what they call a “discount firefighters” situation.
