Here you will see SPLL (Services Préhospitaliers Laurentides-Lanaudière) Ambulance 9427 responding to Sacré-Coeur Hospital in the Cartierville district of Montréal, QC. This is fairly uncommon to see on the Island of Montréal, however it makes to see ambulances of all regions around a major trauma hospital.
